About This Beer
The World Beer Cup-winning team crafted this unique sipper by aging a tangy, malty base in red wine barrels before finishing it in freshly-emptied brandy barrels. Finally, they bottle conditioned it with a drizzle of honey, giving it a spritzy natural carbonation.
Tasting Notes
Almost nobody has gotten the chance to taste this beer yet, including us, but we’re looking forward to a medium-bodied brew with intricate nuances of sourdough toast, caramel, and dark fruit. Hints of coffee and pecan ought to add a roasty whisper that complements the subtle barrel tannins and dry conclusion.
