About This Beer
Immemorial started as two separate brews, each with their own regional ingredients — altogether two old country malts, a trio of German hops, and a quartet of Czech cones — and decocted according to each country’s customs. After fermenting cold and aging in casks, the crew blended them into today’s stunner.
Tasting Notes
Heady jasmine aromas lead you into light, clean sips filled with toasty nuances of almond and oak over a bread crust backbone. Herbaceous green grass and lemon pith hints make way for a note of baked apple before it all culminates in a dry, cracker-crisp finish.
