The creative geniuses at Bombastic managed to hide a towering 11% ABV in their newest Imperial Porter, Imperial Sleuth Spice Cake. Even the brightest gumshoes struggle to detect it above the smooth, easy-drinking flavor!

I’ll give you a clue for how Bombastic pulled it off: honey — 50 lbs per barrel of it! The sugars in honey are artful at converting into alcohol while maintaining their sweetness, allowing for a sippable brew that may stealthily sneak up behind you . . .

Meanwhile, scrumptious cake spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves surround you with the cozy feeling of fall, making this brew seem even more demure. Each sip is like a slice of homemade gingerbread!

How, you ask, did we manage to crack this case? We have our ways (wink, wink) . . . but there’s one riddle we can’t solve, and that’s if we’ll ever get a hold of this limited release again!
