About This Beer
Sometimes it’s fun to go out with your buddies, but when you’ve got a peach brandy barrel aged Imperial Stout waiting in the fridge, it might be even better to stay In For The Night.
To create this treat, the team at Pure Project started with a deeply complex base, then let it slumber in those rare casks for a whopping 15 months!
Tasting Notes
During its long nap, the brew picked up nuances of peach compote and dark berry that harmonize beautifully with notes of baker’s chocolate from the malts. A bit of brandy warmth ties it altogether on the finish, accentuating the belly warming 13.5% ABV.
