When it comes to American Wild Ales, lineups don’t get much more legendary than that! But, if you’re still not convinced, here are some astounding facts about Inevit Spontaneously Fermented Ale:

• This Belgian-inspired Red/Brown Ale is totally unique! The brewers used a coolship to capture wild, native yeasts, but the darker base beer makes it a radical departure from most coolship beers. The wild, slightly funky tang from the yeast beautifully complements the fruity, malty character of the grains.
• It spent over 2 years fermenting in French Oak! When it comes to creating deep, complex layers of Wild Ale flavor, these expert brewers know there’s no substitute for time. They started working on this brew back in 2017!
• The brewers added real raspberries, blackberries, and cherries! In their words, they used just enough to “enhance, but not over-power, the delicate characteristics we had created over the extended time of aging and maturity.”
