A Note on This Beer
Take a sip of today’s Inhabited Form — brewed in a foeder — and discover a beer that blurs the lines between hoppy Lager and ultra-crisp Pale Ale!
As the trained palates at Wine Enthusiast put it:
“This full, creamy Lager offers a tropical fruit salad of aromas. There's a lot for IPA lovers to enjoy with this juicy beer, but a refreshing crispness brings it back to Lager territory.”
To craft it, the brewers at Denver’s Cerebral started with a mash bill of Pilsner malt and oats for a soft bodied brew. Then, they fermented it in oak foeders for a slightly oaky roundness, and conditioned it in stainless steel to make it clear and crisp.
Finally, they hopped the brew with Galaxy and Citra, adding tones of lemon zest and subtle, floral notes atop the bread crust flavors of the base beer.
One refreshing gulp, and your taste buds won’t know what hit them. They also won’t care, as long as you keep on sipping!
