About This Beer
It’s the first single barrel beer they’ve EVER produced. But when Brandon Capps and his team came across an exquisite, hyper-limited Ximenez Sherry barrel, they knew its luxurious cask character would beautifully complement the richness of the base Barleywine.
Tasting Notes
After 15 months of maturing in that sublime oak, we expect this stunner to emerge teeming with dark fruit and caramel nuances. Hints of warming sherry, vanilla, and oaky tannins should carry from start to finish. And the whole thing ought to be wrapped up in a silky mouthfeel.
