Smooth and tasty- as good as advertised. Sneaky strong too

Wow this is good. Everything I like in a stout. The mouth feel is velvety....almost therapeutic.

Holy fudge. Complex does not even begin to describe this decadent journey of chocolate, dark cacao, vanilla, and slightly smoky delicious bourbon. Another instance where getting just one was shortsighted.

Carmel, milk chocolate, toffee, vanilla, with a touch of barrel.

Prominent Whiskey aroma with a tinge of sweetness. Very dark pour. Boozy for sure but as it warms, the whiskey mellows and notes of chocolate, vanilla, caramel and so much more begin to emerge. This is so rich and smooth.

Sooo gooood! The barrel aged whiskey shines and the vanilla smooths it out. Delicious stout!!

Fantastic. Checks all boxes - thick and chewy, perfect blend of chocolate and vanilla (first sip reminded me of the swirl soft serve from my childhood), no hint of anything artificial. Only minor complaint is not a lot of barrel for 12 months of aging.

Complex! Amazing barrel flavor which gives way to chocolate and vanilla. This beer pairs amazingly with vanilla ice cream.
