Soft, light, and brimming with bright flavors, today’s Intersect - Rakau + Citra is a stellar example of their Big Apple craft. The T&C crew enlivened this smooth, sessionable IPA with healthy doses of Rakau and Citra Hops for luscious notes of fresh pressed juice.
Tasting Notes
Notes of juicy apricot and pear flow into tangy oranges with each sip. Grapefruit pith and pine follow underneath, leading into a refreshingly snappy finish.

Very smooth and refreshing compared to most IPAs. It's much more forgiving on the bitter hoppiness too. I would give this to someone who says they don't like IPAs and expect them to still enjoy it

A nice light, hazy. Session hazies are smooth and sweet. This has some lemon notes and citrus. Can taste a bit of lime as well.

Daily corona battle. Battling. edition. Grapefruit on the nose, crazy zesty and flavorful. Citrusy and pithy and clean and crazy refreshing. Outstanding, light and zippy.
