The berry snatchers are among us! You know — the hipster-aliens who roam the streets of Bushwick, NY in search of all the vegan and cruelty-free fruits that the artisanal juice bars have to offer!

Not to mention, they’re zapping all of the freshly-juiced goodness out of KCBC’s taproom with inhuman speed. Fortunately for you (and for me), I managed to smuggle a stash of today’s Invasion of the Berry Snatchers Fruited Sour Ale out, unscathed.

Let me tell you, these sumptuous strawberry, drippy blueberry, lush raspberry, and plump blackberry-packed delights were WELL worth the potential brain-harvesting.

It tastes just like a top-shelf, mixed-berry rum slushy topped with a bit of lemon zest! Every sip swims with uncanny amounts of fresh, strawberry-jam-deliciousness, with clean acidity to round out the sweetness.

Can we blame the alien fruit snatchers for invading this stash of strawberry, blueberry raspberry, and blackberry? Probably not. But, we can claim this as a victory for humanity. Or, at least, for the humans on Tavour.
