After honing his skills as Central Coast’s head brewer and racking up stacks of GABF and World Beer Cup medals, Brendan Glough and his team of industry veterans just opened this anticipated California brewery in January.

Early tasters raved, “All of the hype is so real and so worth it!” and “Liquid Gravity has stolen my beer heart!” But then, everything came to a screeching halt just a few months later thanks to COVID-19.  

Now, this brew crew is back and ready to claim its spot at the California craft table. Today’s Liquid Gravity IPA is their cornerstone beer, and it’s easy to taste why it was among the most praised brews during their grand opening. 

Clean and smooth, this West Coast-style IPA brims with an intense passionfruit bouquet and notes of guava and tangerine. Dry-hopped exclusively with Mosaic, it’s tropical yet crisp, and finishes with whispers of fresh pine. 

We would call this IPA an ideal introduction to Liquid Gravity, but who are we kidding — you’ll want to keep revisiting this one. Consider it a rising West Coast staple!
