About This Beer
To craft It Gets Better DIPA, the world-renowned Alaskan brewers at Anchorage used 100% Nelson Sauvin Hops. The result bursts with lots of bright, tangy, white gummy bear flavors, long with a bit of tropical complexity.
Tasting Notes
Crack open a can of It Gets Better, and aromas of freshly sliced tangerines and passionfruit swirl on the nose. Take a sip, and nectarous swells of gushy guava, honeydew melon, and tangy white gummy bear erupt on the palate. An ever-so-refreshing hint of pine resin rounds it all out.

This is pretty smooth. Like bitter and kinda strong going in, but really smooth going down. And the buzz is light but lasts the evening. The right amount of relaxation for a calm night.

One of the smoother IPA’s I’ve had. Very excited to get a chance at more Anchorage brews. As smooth as Elissa IPA from St. Arnold but creamier.

It’s a bitter sweat type beer. Very drinkable though.

Not a big fan of the flavor profile. I believe they used white grape in the brew, and that combined with mango and a pine after taste makes it a funky lemon hybrid. All the flavors seemed to hit at once so it just felt off

Can you really ever complain with anything that comes outnof Anchorage brewing? Probably not. As always I love these guys, crafts!

Daily Corona battle. Taking this brew’s word for it edition. This is orange tangy and citrusy and Anchorage, so yeah. It’s good. But also Nelson Sauvin hops which I’m a work in progress on.

Juicy, piney aroma. Crazy tropical flavor with huge hits of pineapple, mango, and lemon. Real smooth with tons of body and richness. Dadgum, this one is fantastic.
