A Note on This Beer
DSSOLVR just opened their doors in December, and we’re already in love.
Co-founder and brewmaster Vince Tursi ran brewing operations at the famed Burial Beer Company AND developed recipes for Lord Hobo before opening DSSOLVR. So you know he can brew with the best.
And, back in March — at less than 4 months old — his new operation earned a spot as one of USA Today’s Top 10 Best New Breweries in the Country!
It won’t be long before your craftiest buddies start asking if you’ve heard of this up-and-coming crew. If you jump on today’s bundle, you can tell your friends that, yes, you know DSSOLVR. And then, you can offer them a pint!
Here’s what you’ll get in this exclusive 6-pack:
A pint of Bossing the Boss Imperial Milkshake IPA. It’s creamy-smooth from a hit of lactose, and ultra-fruity from a dose of real mango and vanilla. But, make no mistake — this beer is, first and foremost, a hopbomb of a Hazy! You’ll taste loads of citrus and a pop of resin from an absurd amount of Amarillo and Southern Cross Hops, then a silky fruit finish.
Two cans of Color Me a Vienna Man Vienna Lager. This collab with Late Start Brewing is ultra-crisp from 3 full months in the lagering tank. Dark oats in the brew give it a little more color than most and add a nutty, wheat bread-like complexity. Mt. Hood Hops create nuances of lemon zest and a beautifully dry finish.
A couple pints of Thank You for Existing Kolsch. This is the only brew the young brewery makes repeatedly, and it was the first beer they ever made twice! It’s super drinkable, but has citrusy complexity from additions of Crystal, Huell Melon, and Saphir Hops.
Pucker up with one bottle of It’s Been Years. Headbrewer Vince crafts this Sour Rye Ale with a proprietary mixed-culture, originally collected from local fruits and plants. And, he fermented and conditioned it in Tequila barrels for notes of herbaceous agave sweetness that balance the tart base beer, alongside hints of oak, and a touch of vanilla.
Grab these 4 brews, and find out for yourself why folks are so excited about DSSOLVR. You can’t get a better introduction to this brand new brewery without heading to Asheville.
