About This Beer

To craft it, the renowned crew used loads of Phantasm Powder. It’s made from freeze-dried Sauvignon Blanc grape skins, which contain a lot of thiols — the same stuff that produces the fruity characteristics in hops! This potent ingredient accentuates the plush flavors of the brew’s Nelson and Mosaic Hops.

Tasting Notes

Crack open a can, and aromas of freshly sliced peaches and apricots swirl on the nose. Take a sip, and nectarous swells of tropical coconut, ripe pineapple, and plump blueberry erupt on the palate!

There’s a strong, almost grassy note present throughout. Otherwise it’s a typical Anchorage IPA. A bit hazy, a bit hoppy, very tasty.
