And there’s only one brewery that would dare give us a raspberry truffle-inspired Barrel Aged Stout — Bottle Logic.
The crew took inspiration from the chocolate confection and the sci-fi spoof Spaceballs to craft Jam the Radar, a fan-favorite spin on their World Beer Cup Silver Medal Winner, Darkstar November.
Aged in bourbon barrels and finished with mounds of Ecuadorian cacao nibs and bushels of black and red raspberries, this luxurious bottle drinks just like a decadent box of chocolate!
Tasting Notes
Rich sips sweep smoothly past your palate as fudge and malts combine for a chocolate-coated gulp. As the berries come into focus, your taste buds will kick into ‘ludicrous speed’ with fruit truffle flavor. It’s so luscious, you won't even notice the 13% ABV following close behind!
