Flavor of light citrus, rice, corn, a hint of plum, and a floral finish. This is extremely drinkable. Fighting back the urge to gulp it. Very refreshing, tastes extremely clean. I would drink this all the time if I could.

As delicate as Belgian lace, with whispery soft florality. In its fragile minimalism, this may be the most Japanese beer ever made – and it’s not from Japan. Almost like soft, clean water, in the best possible way.

Man, these guys know how to brew...this was crisp, clean, slightly dry and lite. Glad I picked up six. To bad they don't ship outside of Oregon.

This style has become one of my favorites. You can always count on pFriem to make any beer flawlessly and this is no exception. A true lager yeast strain with that slightly malty sweet / floral balance I've come to expect from a Japanese lager.

Very good. More nose and flavor than any Japanese counterpart I’ve tried. Also slightly less dry than traditional rice lagers, which makes for a better balanced flavor. Thoroughly enjoyed with cube poke and white rice.
