About This Beer

To craft it, the lupulin scientists at Barebottle started with a pillowy base before hitting it with a brontosaurus-worth of Elani and Elani Cryo Hops. Then they spliced it with Nectaron and Citra Hops for even more succulence. And they were so preoccupied with whether or not they could, they didn’t stop to think if they should!

Tasting Notes

But thank goodness they did, because every soft sip is jurassic packed with luscious notes of white peach, ripe mandarin, and tangy pineapple. Hints of pithy grapefruit and pine do their best velociraptor impersonation, weaving in and out before a final splash of tropical nectar.

This beer is full of flavor, but maybe a tad too “bitter” (rather than juicy) for a NE IPA. I think I would have rated this higher if I was expecting it to taste more like an Imperial IPA.

Grapefruit forward, juicy IPA. Very easy to drink. A little more on the bitter side.
