About This Beer
To do it, they started with a super crispy old school Pilsner style base, then hopped it up with some decidedly new school cones: Calista, Alora, and experimental hop HS09326.
Tasting Notes
Look for notes of jasmine and pithy grapefruit floating over a bready body. A touch of chamomile rounds out the back end, leading the way to a snappy and refreshing finish.

Solid Italian pils with a really nicely balanced pop of bready bitterness. Just a slight hint of yeasty funk towards the end. Not bad at all.
