About This Beer
The NJ beeristas started with a roasty Russian Imperial Stout base brewed with wildflower honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Then they conditioned it on fresh coffee and vanilla beans, layering it with latte nuance.
Tasting Notes
Every pour brims with rich autumnal, café aromas. You could pour some in a coffee mug and take it to work, and no one would be the wiser (but you probably shouldn’t. Unless your boss is REALLY cool). The sip follows with seasonal spice swirling through toasty, caramelly espresso notes, all warming both body and heart.

Strong aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg with coffee and vanilla in the background. More strong spice notes up front followed by coffee, dark chocolate, and roasted malt.

Nice addition of nutmeg and cinnamon on the coffee stout base. Honey and brown sugar soften the slight bitterness of the stout.
