About This Beer
Brewed in honor of Austrian knife maker Benjamin Kamon, this brand new IPA is as well-crafted as one of his custom cleavers. To make it, the Alaskan haze masters brewed a lush base with Nectaron and Mosaic Hops. Then they cranked up the juice levels with a double dry hopping of Nelson Sauvin and even more Nectaron!
Tasting Notes
A slash of peach, stone fruit, and tangerine notes glide across the palate with every pillowy sip. Hints of grapefruit pith and white grape skin ripple just underneath, cutting the sweetness of the malts for a balanced finish.

There's a definite sharpness at the beginning of each sip that quickly fades into a fruity/citrusy finish.

Nicely done - solid brewery. Nice mild fruitiness, but full-bodied beer. Mosaic is showcased well.

Not all that flavorful; however the DDH gives it a smooth, light, and crisp profile thats super crushable and perfect for a warm day

first sip was a solid hoppy punch, but quickly smoothed into a nice fruity sweetness on the back end. Only the second beer I’ve tried from Anchorage and I want to visit the brewery.
