About This Beer
The Sour masters at Cascade created this tart, juicy, and boozy brew by blending a bourbon barrel aged Quad (the “Kentucky”) with a wine barrel aged, fruit-stuffed Sour Wheat Ale (the “Peach”). Each one basked in those glorious barrels for 12-16 months and the Wheat Ale spent five more conditioning with ripe, locally-grown peaches.
Tasting Notes
Tart and succulent stone fruit tones permeate every lightly malty sip. Warming whiskey nuances weave oaky vanilla and subtle woody tannins throughout.

Woody and flavorful, if dry and tart. The peach comes through, but the combination of the fermentation cultures and wine barrels has lent them more of a sour twist as opposed to the succulent, sugary variants often encountered.
