About This Beer
The 3 Sons crew started with a malt-forward, full-bodied base. They aged some in bourbon barrels for rich nuances of vanilla oak and the rest in rye whiskey barrels, swathing it all in spiced caramel. Then they blended it all together for a gorgeously intricate sip.
Tasting Notes
Oaky aromas waft out of every dark pour. Creme brûlée courses into butterscotch on the quaff with warming notes of woodspice carrying on the end. It’s everything you love about bourbon in an approachable 9% ABV brew.
