About This Beer
Wiley Roots stuffed a tangy Sour Ale base with plenty of key lime puree, plus silky swirls of vanilla and lactose. They surrounded those classic filling tones with cookie crust nuances courtesy of graham crackers and cinnamon.
Tasting Notes
Each sweet-tart taste is like a slice of Florida’s famous dessert, blending zesty brightness and bakery-fresh toastiness within a crushable sipper. Earthy cinnamon on the finish keeps the zingy citrus extra smooth. And this irresistibly creamy, lime-filled treat comes with a 6.8% ABV!

Honestly, I wasn’t getting that much lime. The lactose and cinnamon really came through but it wasn’t overwhelming. All in all, it’s a decent sour.
