I admit, I was enticed by the gimmick of a green beer. it smells way better than it tastes. it’s way too tart to be palatable particularly in the volume distributed. I could see playing with a 2-4 oz pour in my mouth. it’s literally about the sourness of pure lime juice, so imagine an attempt at drinking 16 oz of that! 🤢🤢 it might be fun to blend with, cook with/make into a dressing. I smell a gram cracker/marshmallow odor in the glass and lingered when poured out but the lime juice tart just overpowers the gustatory sense not there in flavor
