About This Beer
Koko Buni is a Milk Porter brewed with toasted coconut, cocoa nibs, and coffee. The flavors are rich, velvety, and balanced. The coffee is an Ethiopian blend from 1000 Faces Coffee. The cocoa nibs are Ecuadorian from Athens, GA-based Condor Chocolates, and Haitian from Ethereal Confections in Woodstock, IL.
Tasting Notes
We get smooth, velvety ripples of coconut and chocolate at the start, then a hint of roasted espresso bean, with flashes of almond flavor. All on a silky, smooth body with no bitterness at the finish.
