About This Beer
The brewers started by visiting a family farm in Hood River, Oregon, to make sure they were getting nothing but the very best cherries. They allowed their soft yet tangy Blonde base to referment on a generous pile of that exceptional fruit, then back sweetened the brew with local honey to balance the tart body.
Tasting Notes
You’ll find bright bursts of ripe cherry tumbling through notes of lemongrass and subtle nuances of freshly cut hay. A touch of sweetness on the finish invites the next sip, practically insisting that you dive back in for more.
