This brew is 50% oak aged Wild Ale, 50% Stevnsbar cherry juice, and a whole heap of Sri Lankan and Indonesian vanilla beans. And it could only come from Mikkeller Baghaven — the brewery’s Copenhagen outpost dedicated to oak-aged, spontaneously fermented beers.
