About This Beer
The brewers started with a Farmhouse Pale Ale fermented with their house culture and two different strains of Brettanomyces yeast. They refermented the brew on heaps of fruit before dry-hopping the Ale with Nelson Hops.
Tasting Notes
Expect subdued wild tartness with hints of lemongrass, followed by jammy tropical notes. Whispers of funk should add complexity around the edges, all leading to a crisp finish with lingering tones of freshly cut hay and a subtle earthiness.
