About This Beer
To craft this crisp refresher, the Wayfinder crew started with a soft, bready base. Then they hopped it with French Strisselspalt, an aromatic hop with Noble characteristics and unique black currant notes.
Tasting Notes
Wildflower aromas perfume the air with every vibrant, golden pour. The sip follows with smooth currents of baguette, herb, and lemony citrus. A hint of pepper and jam sing underneath before a snappy finish.

Love the floral hop bite. almost has a thiolized quality. still maintains the bready character and sweetness for the style. very well done

Never tried French pilsner before, but I bet this American French pilsner is one of the best out there.

Bright, floral, hoppy aromas. Clean mouthfeel, moderate carbonation, nice sweetness. Fantastic floral, bready, slightly citrusy notes. Excellent pils.

One of the best light beers in existence. Worth it alone for the floral hop spice.

Didn’t get much of this one because my buddy found it in the fridge and drank most of it, but the little taste I did get was pretty fantastic.

Crystal clear, with a pale golden color. Thick foamy head, with beautiful lacing. Floral, herbal scent, with subtler notes of bread and biscuit. Light body. Light, pleasantly mild floral flavors. Maltier finish. Crisp, clean, and bright.
