About This Beer
The Saison superstars fermented it using a combination of ambient local microflora and traditional Saison yeast. Then they refermented it to maturity in a Missouri oak foeder with meadowfoam honey. Finally, the team allowed La Ruche to naturally condition in the bottle, adding to its intricacy.
Tasting Notes
Each funky sip contains complex wild nuances like a meadow in bloom. Delicate undertones of vanilla and marshmallow smooth out the tart edges. And since it boasts a soft breadiness and champagne-like effervescence, this brew goes down incredibly easily.

If champagne were sturdier, this is what it’d be. The smooth effervescence of a champagne combined with the down home simplicity of ale. My kind of celebration!
