Mild scent of citrus, with hints of sea salt. Tangerine and lime balance each other nicely, but the mango is imperceptible. Slightly on the tart side, with a bright, zesty balance of sour and salty. Finishes with a fruity sweetness, where some bitterness or pithiness might better complement the tartness and saltiness.
