Crafted with heaps of second-use raspberries, previously steeped in their celebrated Atrial Rubicite and spontaneously fermented, every dry sip brims with layers of the local terroir and jammy fruit.

Little funky, little sour, just a touch of hoppiness. Very balanced and very tasty. Great beer.

It’s drinkable and refreshing but I expect more from a $24 sour to be honest. Maybe my standards are too high but this not very tart to me and I prefer my sours to be super sour
