The crew aged a smooth Barleywine base in bourbon barrels before conditioning it on toasted almonds and vanilla.
Tasting Notes
Each nip reveals a Layered Infinity of nutty cake, creamy ‘nilla frosting, and toasty praline. As it unfolds, bourbon caramel, dark chocolate, and maple sugar notes come to the fore, followed by whispers of black cherry and raisin. A touch of charred oak adds complexity to the silky finish.
