About This Beer
Bullfrog made it with a base of spontaneously fermented, Gueuze-style Wild Ales aged in oak for 1-4 years, then they matured the complex blend on ripe apricots. Finally, they bottle conditioned it with Belgian candi sugar to give the beer’s crisp, effervescent body even more depth.
Tasting Notes
Orchard-fresh stone fruit builds on a foundation of light funk and woody spice, mellowing the brew from sour to tart. Subtle nuances of apricot nectar, zesty lemon, and red berries course through every tangy quaff before arriving at a dry finish.

this is the only beer I’ve ever had that literally tasted like blood. it was the worst tasting beer I’ve ever had. it had a ton of floaties in the bottom that wasn’t sediment. it smelled like blood as well.
