About This Beer
Bullfrog started with a Wild Ale spontaneously fermented in oak and aged upwards of four years! Then, they blended Ales matured anywhere from one to four years and aged the blend on Montmorency cherries for an additional six months. Next, they bottle conditioned the brew with Belgian candi sugar for a crisp, effervescent body before finally cellaring Le Roar Grrrz Kriek for twenty months, for a total process time of just over six years!
Tasting Notes
Incredibly deep and complex, every effervescent quaff carries notes of soft, farmhouse tang, sweet stone fruit, tart cherry, bright oak, refreshing lemon, and a dry, tannic finish.

good one from this series. but I’ve liked them all so far. cherry isn’t too overpowering and funk still shines

extremely sour with an oak Finnish best shared with someone it's really acidic the cherry flavor was nice but I'd still prefer Lindemanns kriek

Good sour, the more I drank the more complexity appeared on the palate. Recommended for sour lovers only.

extremely smooth, rich cherry flavor, gets better with every sip. nicely carbonated, not too much like champagne but the perfect level of bubbles.
