About This Beer
The crew at Side Project aged their European malt and hop-packed Saison for six months in Missouri oak foedres with Missouri microflora. The result is a sophisticated sipper of delicate complexity.
Tasting Notes
The effervescent body awakens your taste buds with tantalizing bubbles. Hints of chamomile and hay build a slightly tart base that cradles dazzling citrus zest and lemongrass notes. A touch of rustic oak accentuates stonefruit tones, ushering the light gulp toward its dry finish.

very common but not that sour

It has a souring microbe. I'm not much a fan of sours, but the description didn't make it clear that this was soured. I was hoping for a non-sour saison.
