About This Beer
The two beloved breweries shared their house yeast cultures and peaches from their favorite growers, then each made their own version of this beer. For this bottle, the Casey team fermented the base slowly in oak barrels, allowing it to mature for several months before conditioning the brew on fresh, whole, organic peaches.
Tasting Notes
Using two different mixed yeast cultures makes for extra complexity, revealing tangy splashes of lemon zest, apricot, and nectarine. Haylike whispers highlight the peachy flavors, while effervescent carbonation leads the way to a soft, dry finish.
