About This Beer
Way back in June of 2021, the crew at Bottle Logic took some of their luscious Stout and hid it away in tequila barrels. Then, in 2022 they moved it into brand new, freshly emptied bourbon casks and stashed it away again.
This year, they took that double barrel brew and conditioned it on Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon, Filipino cacao nibs, and a hand-processed blend of dried ancho, guajillo, and chipotle peppers.
Tasting Notes
If you want to take your taste buds south of the border, look no further. Lucky early tasters report that every sip of Leche Reserva (2023) shimmers with mild spice and silky vanilla nuances, all spread across a of fudgy flavor. The heat builds slightly with each sip, but it’s tempered by hints of whiskey caramel and agave.
