About This Beer

Plenty of real lemon gives the tart base a citrusy tang, smoothed out by creamy waves of Madagascar vanilla and lactose. Meanwhile, additions of cinnamon and graham crackers form the crust notes.

Definitely has the lemon meringue taste. Having had similar styles from other breweries, this wasn't especially unique to me or worth the markup, but it does have the flavor it set out to capture

Not as tart as expected despite the lemon. It genuinely tasted like pie, with hints of the cinnamon and milk sugar rounding out the tartness.

Excellent Gose. Really does taste like the pie. I wish it was more tart, but it’s still tasty enough to enjoy after a BBQ dinner outdoors.

very mellow for a what I expected to be more of a “sour” which was a pleasant surprise! very easy on the pallet with a nice lemony flavor backed with minor creamy and graham notes!

Excellent. One of the only “food inspired” beers I’ve had that is truly reminiscent of the food it’s inspired by - while still remembering that it’s a beer at its core.

Tastes just like a lemon meringue pie. Full of flavor with each sip, you can taste the lemon meringue to the crust of the pie! Another great Gose!

Simply delicious! Perfect level of tartness, whenever I see the term 'sour ale' I'm always a bit weary because that term can Encompass beers ranging from mild Berliner weisse to mouth puckering wild ales which I simply cannot stand. A light mouthfeel, hitting all the notes listed and what you would expect from lemon meringue.

Really good sour. Tasted similar to an actual lemon pie, was not overly sweet, and had good carbonation. Great flavor overall.
