My wife likes to joke that I’m made of beer and waffles.

To make today’s 4.27 UT rated delight, the brewers loaded their dark chocolate Imperial Stout base with real vanilla beans and maple syrup.

The result is dark as night and creamy as a cloud of whipped cream. Velvety vanilla, candied hazelnut, gooey caramel, and lush maple flavors add a touch of sweetness atop soft layers of rich cacao and medium-roast coffee.

I was in shock with this one. it was EXTREMELY “waffley”. I never tasted a beer that truest tastes like the pastry. but this one literally tastes like you just ate a waffle for breakfast! amazing beer!
