About This Beer
For this treat, the Transient Stout savants started with rye in the mash and aged it in Eastern Kille breakfast rye barrels soaking it in sweet, spicy complexity. Then they layered it with vanilla, cocoa nibs, and salted caramel for a sumptuous ice cream sundae’s worth of nuance.
