About This Beer
The Revolution crew practically raided the entire Caribbean to fill this bourbon barrel aged Barleywine with mango, guava, passionfruit, and creamy coconut!
Tasting Notes
Aromas of caramelized mango lead you in like a siren’s song. Then nuances of tropical fruitiness ripple through the waves of caramel in each rich swig. Tangy passion fruit hints shine a bright ray of sunshine onto the lush brew, lifting the bourbon toffee and oaky barrel tones high up into the rigging.

Very complex brew, very sweet, caramel and molasses, but very subtle hints of the guava and mango, almost like syrupy fruit cocktail. Then the coconut and vanilla come knocking out the doors off your palate. Boozy umami after flavour.

unique barleywine. I don't prefer fruit in my barleywine, but it was worth the try

This was an absolute miss. like they added perfume to barleywine. Sickly and too sweet yet somehow not remotely tasty. Too bad

Oaky Barleywine aroma with hints of toasted coconut, sweet malty taste with tropical fruit
notes, and a warming alcohol burn in the back of the throat. ha

Definitely different. I like Straight Jacket as the backbone, however.

Couldn’t finish my pour. The additives ruin a great beer.

Sweet caramel, brown sugar, candied mango, develops into bourbon and wood, a second wave of tropical flavors, pineapple, fig, and then coconut on the finish.
