About This Beer
It matured in a cavalcade of exquisite barrels — 17 months in Wild Turkey rye barrels, 18 months in 1910 Old Forester Select barrels, and 30 months in Breckenridge bourbon barrels — infusing the brew with sublime cask character. Meanwhile, additions of organic Tahitian vanilla beans beautifully play up its malt-driven caramel notes.
Tasting Notes
Rich crème brûlée tones swirl through the sip, folding into layers of fudgy chocolate ganache and candied fig. As it warms, intricate vanilla-oak, rye spice, and whiskey nuances envelop the palate, leaving little trace of the 13.8% ABV.
