very underwhelming and just seemed like it wasn’t ready to be bottled

It's been a while since I had a beer like this but this style of cherry sour takes some getting used to. Once I got used to the acid, the cherry notes were pretty nice with a yeasty finish. Better than other beers I've had in this style.

seems a little bit unrefined, I noticed this is the first batch so it may be expected. feels thin and light, says 8% but drinks like a 3. very watery and thin in the feel, not flavorless but not flavorful. light cherry and the foeder plays a part in there. tart but not assertive, minor vinegar on the back end.

Not good. Very flat and the cherry doesn’t come out at all. Disappointing

suuuuuuper sour, I had a hard time actually tasting it because it was like a mouthful of sour candy dust, it was smooth and definitely different but I’ll pass on the next time this pops up
