About This Beer
For this showstopper, the renowned WeldWerks crew teamed up with friends at Little Man Ice Cream. The duo blended Stouts aged 22 to 36 months in freshly emptied Blanton’s 15-year and 7-year bourbon barrels, Thomas H. Handy 6-year rye barrels, Sazerac 15-year rye barrels, Weller 6-year wheated bourbon barrels, and New Riff 4-year bourbon barrels. Then they finished it with Oreos, sea salt, and Madagascan vanilla beans.
Tasting Notes
Decadent cascades of dark cocoa, cookies ’n cream, and whiskey caramel course through every silky, thick sip. Salt adds a refreshing minerality, gorgeously accentuating whispers of woody spice. It’s like drinking a salted chocolate-coated Oreo with a luxurious bourbon filling!

This was by far the sweetest stout I’ve ever had. That being said, the desired flavors are nailed, it’s like drinking a salted Oreo ice cream and I’m all in for it. Slick and creamy, with cookie throughout and a nice barrel kiss on the finish. Salt plays a supporting note and doesn’t unbalance.

Sweet cookie, vanilla & chocolate. Thick with a hint of bourbon barrel.

Great chocolate with well placed salt notes. Whiskey is delightful and well balanced.
