About This Beer
The Oregon crew started with a beer spontaneously fermented and aged in oak for over two years. Then, the brewers mashed and boiled the Wild Ale with lodgepole pine needles. Finally, they bottled the brew with Oregon honey, naturally carbonating the beer for a scintillating sip.
