After spending 46 months (nearly 4 years!) maturing in Sazerac Rye whiskey barrels, this non-adjuncted beauty emerged teeming with luxurious cask character.
Tasting Notes
Big notes of baker’s chocolate and brown sugar start off the sip, with layers of dark cherry and caramel following close behind. A silky finish leaves hints of wood char and rye spice lingering on the palate and keeps the 13.6% ABV nice and smooth.

So good. Nice consistency. Rye BA really compliments beer vs overpowering it. Enjoying mouthfeel of chocolate & dark fruit
