About This Beer
The brewers started by blending two exceptional beers — a brett-fermented Saison they’d been barrel aging since 2022, and a brett Lager that had been slumbering in a Pinot Noir barrel since January. Then they conditioned the blend on piles of blackberries and raspberries where it refermented for eight weeks.
Tasting Notes
Every effervescent sip brings big jammy flavors with vinous notes of plum lingering in the background. A touch of wild funk adds complexity to the tangy body, with nuances of cut grass and turned earth.
