About This Beer
The North Carolina brew crew started off with their M 3rd 25th Imperial Stout (a nod to the 3rd battalion of the 25th Marine division) and aged it in Cognac barrels for a whopping 20 months.
As if that weren’t enough, they also infused this brew with heaps of single origin Comoros vanilla and Dominican cacao!
Tasting Notes
Fudgy flavors come spilling out of every drop, wrapped up in shimmering ribbons of sweet cognac and silky vanilla. A touch of roasty character on the back finish keeps things balanced along with a faint note of oak.

Very complex. Deep, dark and thick flavor profile. Baker’s chocolate, cocoa powder and booze soaked dark fruits.

Great combination of vanilla and cacao. Cognac aging gives it a nice liqueur flavoring
