About This Beer
WeldWerks and their friends at North Park Beer Co. crafted it by combining a rich Medianoche base with all the adjuncts from NP's Macaroons Before Dying.
After aging the fudgy brew in Weller 12-year and Blanton’s bourbon barrels for more than 34 months, the team conditioned it on Madagascar vanilla beans and four types of coconut: raw unsweetened coconut chips, shredded unsweetened coconut, toasted coconut, and Emperor’s toasted coconut flakes.
But they didn't stop there! They finished it with espresso beans from Dark Matter Coffee and gooey caramel.
Tasting Notes
Every sweet, velvety sip is like tasting artisanal coconut macaroons coated in dark chocolate ganache. Layers of whiskey caramel and roasty java beautifully complement the toasty tropical nuttiness, adding extra depth to this indulgent dessert.
